Shipping policy

 

We ship Craftivor orders via USPS unless a different carrier or service is shown at checkout.

Most in-stock leather goods are prepared for shipment within 3-5 business days after your order is processed. Personalized or engraved items may require additional production time, and we begin work after the engraving details are received.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking after pickup.

Domestic delivery is usually 3-7 business days after shipment, but carrier delays can happen during holidays, severe weather, or high-volume periods.

If tracking says your package was delivered but you have not received it, first check the delivery address, mailbox, household, front desk, and local USPS office. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at info@craftivor.com and we will help you review the next steps.

Please contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered fulfillment.
