- Check spelling, capitalization, spacing, and punctuation before checkout. We engrave the text as submitted.
- If the product has paid engraving choices, select the engraving placement first, then enter the engraving text.
- For products with color-only variants, engraving is treated as an optional included personalization request.
- Short text works best on wallets, card holders, AirPods cases, and other compact leather pieces.
- For logos, handwriting, symbols, or placement questions, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the artwork is suitable.
Personalized and engraved items are made for your order and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
Prepared for gifting. Craftivor leather goods are selected for daily use and clear personalization. Most in-stock pieces are prepared within 3 to 5 business days after the order is processed.

- Orders ship with USPS unless another carrier or service is shown at checkout.

Unused, non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days. Engraved or made-to-order pieces are final sale unless damaged, defective, or made incorrectly.
Genuine leather gets better with care. Natural marks, grain variation, and patina are part of the material, not defects.
- Keep leather away from soaking water, heavy rain, direct heat, and long sun exposure.
- If it gets wet, blot gently with a soft cloth and let it air dry at room temperature.
- Wipe dust or light dirt with a soft dry cloth. Use a barely damp cloth only when needed.
- Avoid alcohol, harsh cleaners, bleach, and household detergents because they can strip color and oils from the leather.
- Condition sparingly with a neutral leather conditioner every few months, testing a hidden spot first.
- Store in a breathable bag or dust cover, and avoid overstuffing wallets or card holders.
Small scratches can often be softened by gently rubbing with clean fingers, letting the leather's natural oils even out the surface.
